RENKEN SIGNS WITH REDS
Daniel Renken (2007) signed with the Cincinnati Reds after having been drafted in June. He was assigned to the Reds’ Class A affiliate, Dayton Dragons. The former Trinity League Pitcher of the Year played with Cal State Fullerton for three years prior to signing. The Lancers currently have seven alumni playing in the minors. Good luck and best wishes to Daniel from the Lancers family.

Brett Wallach (2007), who has been pitching this season for the L.A. Dodgers Class A farm team, has been traded to the Chicago Cubs as a part of the Dodgers trade for Ted Lilly.
